Just in time for my favorite holiday, Halloween! A fun treat for kids or adults to enjoy. Chocolate lovers will go crazy for this warm creamy dip. Watch us make this recipe LIVE at our Free Plant-Based Cooking Class!
What you need:
5 oz unsweetened coconut cream
2 oz monkfruit sugar substitute
3 oz unsalted vegan butter
2 oz maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
Try it yourself:
In my robot chef or on the stove, combine all ingredients and cook for approx. 12 min.
Carefully pour into heat proof bowl and allow to cool before serving. Serve with vegan marshmallows, strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies. Optional toppings: coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
