Just in time for my favorite holiday, Halloween! A fun treat for kids or adults to enjoy. Chocolate lovers will go crazy for this warm creamy caramel dip.
𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚!
5 oz unsweetened coconut cream
2 oz monkfruit sugar substitute
3 oz unsalted vegan butter
2 oz maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
In my robot chef or on the stove, combine all ingredients and cook for approx. 12 min.
Carefully pour into heat proof bowl and allow to cool before serving. Serve with vegan marshmallows, strawberries, graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies. Optional toppings: coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
