A LITTLE HELP AT THE COUNTER
Here’s how to find a recipe, keep your favorites close, and make the recipe tools work for you.
FIND YOUR NEXT GOOD THING
Open the recipe collection and search for a dish or ingredient. Choose a category to narrow things down. Switch to Tips & stories for articles, or Everything to browse both. Use Clear search or Reset filters if your choices aren’t returning what you want.
Tap the heart on a recipe tile or the Save recipe button on the recipe page. Open Saved recipes from the header or footer to find it again.
Favorites are stored in this browser on this device. They don’t sync between devices or browsers. Private browsing, clearing site data, or blocked browser storage can remove or prevent saves.
Yes. Tap its filled heart, or choose the recipe’s save button again. Your Saved view will update. You can save it again any time.
Check that you’re using the same browser and device where you saved them. In the Saved collection, clear the search and category filters to reveal all your favorites. If browser storage was cleared, the saved collection can’t be recovered from an account.
YOUR RECIPE, YOUR PACE
It takes you straight to the ingredient list and method on a recipe page. Some posts are tips or stories rather than recipes, so they won’t have a recipe card.
Use the portion controls on the recipe card to change the displayed ingredient amounts. If the original yield isn’t clear, the tool scales the batch instead of promising a number of portions.
The written method, pan size, packaged ingredient notes, and cooking times don’t automatically change. Read the full method before scaling, and use a suitable pan or cook in batches.
Yes. Tap the checkbox beside each ingredient as you go. These checkmarks help you cook on the current page; they aren’t a synced shopping list.
For a separate grocery checklist, open the starter grocery tool, choose your items, and copy the selected list.
Choose Print recipe on the recipe card to open your browser’s print dialog. The print layout is designed for the recipe card. Review the preview before printing.
Choose Pin it to open Pinterest with the recipe link and image. Complete your save on Pinterest.
Ingredient brands, measurements, and portions affect nutrition estimates. I don’t want to give you a precise-looking number without a reliable basis. Where a panel is available, open Ingredients behind the estimate to see its food profiles, weights, and exclusions. The estimates stay per original serving when you scale the batch. A recipe without a nutrition panel can still be browsed, saved, and cooked.
Check every ingredient, packaged product label, and preparation surface for your needs. A vegan recipe is not necessarily free of nuts, soy, wheat, or other allergens. If a substitution matters for an allergy, check it carefully rather than assuming it’s equivalent.
