Free recipes, tools, and PDFs
You are welcome to use recipes, download guides, and print family activities for personal and household use. Please link to Veginner Cooking when sharing a discovery, and ask before republishing photographs, videos, text, or complete guides. Do not sell the guides or present Cheryl’s work as your own. Free access does not require an optional support payment.
Recipes and nutrition estimates
Recipes and tools provide general cooking information. Results vary with ingredients, measurements, equipment, and technique. Nutrition panels are estimates using the calculation assumptions and sources shown, not laboratory analyses or personalized medical advice. Check ingredient and package labels for allergies and dietary requirements, and use appropriate food handling.
Messages and community contributions
When submitting a recipe, photo, or collaboration idea, share only material you created or have permission to send. Sending an idea does not guarantee publication. Credit, scope, and usage rights will be agreed before a community contribution is featured.
External purchases and optional support
Merchandise checkout and order support are handled by Printful. Other linked shops and payment providers have their own terms. Any voluntary contribution supports Cheryl’s Veginner Cooking work; it is not presented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. No contribution is needed to receive a free guide or use free tools.
Earlier purchases and gift cards
If you need help with an earlier order, download, or gift card, contact Cheryl with the item and order date or number if available. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or private redemption codes.

Content, features, and these terms may change. External links and services may change independently. We work to correct problems, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular cooking, health, search-ranking, or business result.
