Heal The Earth Nice Cream 🌿

Our secret ingredient to give this delicious nice cream an Earthy tone is Spirulina - a blue-green algae believed to be one of the oldest life forms on Earth! This superfood is a great source of vegan protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, and antioxidants! Cook-along with us on Pinterest TV while we celebrate Earth Month with our special guests from Heal The Planet who will help teach you how to lower your carbon footprint! • 1/2 tsp mint extract (or) 4 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 piece of dark chocolate (garnish)

  • 1 tbsp of sprouted brown rice cacao crisps (or your fav toppings)

🌎 Earth Month Recipe | Nice Cream:

  1. In my robot chef or a high-powered blender, mill the monkfruit for about 10sec (speed 10) until a powder consistency is formed.

  2. Add frozen bananas, spirulina powder, and mint, then chop for about 15sec (speed 8).

  3. Scrape down sides of blender with spatula and then mix for about 1min (speed 4). Serve immediately with a slice of dark chocolate and toppings of your choice.
