These 3-layer bars will melt in your mouth with flavor and deliciousness. No baking required. The ultimate decadent dessert, dressed to impress;)
𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚!
4 oz quick oats
4 oz raw unsalted almonds
3 oz maple syrup
1 oz coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
8 oz pistachio nuts, shelled
1 oz pure maple syrup
3 ½ oz dark chocolate chips, vegan
2 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
2 oz coconut oil
Line a square baking pan (8 in. x 8 in.) with parchment and set aside.
Place oats, almonds, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla into my robot chef or a food chopper and grind 10 sec. Spread dough into bottom of prepared pan, press firmly into base and refrigerate.
Place pistachios and maple syrup into my robot chef or a food chopper and chop 5 sec. Press filling firmly onto chilled crust and refrigerate 10 minutes.
Place chocolate chips into my robot chef or a food chopper and chop 10 sec.
Add cocoa powder and coconut oil and heat a few min at 100°F until melted. Pour over pistachio mixture and spread evenly over entire surface. Refrigerate until chocolate has set, approx. 1hr. Cut into bars and serve.
