The perfect bite-sized snack easy to take on the go for those mid-day cravings or to compliment a workout! Just a few of these will have you feeling satisfied & energized! Ingredients:
3.5 oz roasted unsalted peanuts
Β½ tsp pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 oz rolled oats or protein powder
3 oz raw peanut butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 oz vegan semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (optional)
1 oz granola (or) brown rice cacao crisps (optional)
Easy Vegan Recipe | Peanut Protein Balls:
Place peanuts in my robot chef or a food processor, and chop 8 sec/speed 5.
Add all remaining ingredients then mix 30 sec/speed 2. Roll into 8-12 balls.
Cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes in an airtight glass container. Serve chilled or grab and go as needed. Get creative and mix n' match ingredients to change it up!
