What you need:

3.5 oz unsalted peanuts or nuts/seeds of choice

2 tbsp of pure maple syrup or coconut nectar

3 oz raw peanut butter or nut butter of choice

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

1/8 tsp of cinnamon

1 oz rolled oats or protein powder of choice

1 oz vegan semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

1 oz granola or brown rice cacao crisps (optional)

Try it yourself:

In my robot chef or a food chopper, chop peanuts until fine. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well to combine. Roll into 8-10 balls and place in a sealable glass container to refrigerate for at least 30min. Serve chilled. Get creative and mix n' match ingredients to change it up!
