If you have a sweet tooth, this one's for you! Enjoy warm in the winter, or chilled in the summer... for breakfast or dessert. Get creative and add your favorite toppings:)

Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk (383 g)
477 g non-dairy milk of choice
160 g Arborio rice
Β½ tsp vanilla bean paste
Β½ tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp pure maple syrup, plus extra to drizzle
fresh fruit, cinnamon, cacao nibs, or toasted desiccated coconut (optional toppings)
Easy Recipe:
Cook milk and rice together in my robot chef or on the stove for 35 min/90Β°C/194Β°F.
Add vanilla, cardamom and syrup. Stir through using spatula, then cook 1 min/90Β°C/194Β°F. Remove lid and allow to cool and thicken for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy warm or cold with optional toppings and a drizzle of syrup.
