Apple & Sage Thanksgiving Stuffing πŸ‚

A wonderful flavorful Thanksgiving side dish everyone will enjoy!

π‘±π’π’Šπ’ 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 π‘ͺπ’π’π’Œπ’Šπ’π’ˆ π‘ͺ𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒏 π‘Ίπ’–π’π’…π’‚π’š!

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 onion (approx. 150 g)

  • 40 g vegan butter

  • 2 apples

  • 3/4 tsp sage

  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)

  • 3 slices day old bread, (approx. 160 g), torn into pieces

  • 2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste

  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries

Easy Recipe:

  1. Chop garlic & onion in my robot chef or a food chopper. If not using my robot chef transfer to stove and sautΓ© with vegan butter approx. 2 min/100Β°C/212Β°F.

  2. Add chopped apples, sage and vinegar, then cook approx. 2 min/100Β°C/212Β°F.

  3. Add chopped bread, half of the cranberries, & black pepper, then cook approx. 2 min/100Β°C/212Β°F. Top with remaining cranberries and enjoy with your favorite vegan main!
