A wonderful flavorful Thanksgiving side dish everyone will enjoy! Watch us make this recipe LIVE at our Free Plant-Based Cooking Class.
What you need:
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion (approx. 150 g)
40 g vegan butter
3/4 tsp sage
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)
3 slices day old bread, (approx. 160 g), torn into pieces
2 pinches ground black pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
Try it yourself:
Add chopped apples, sage and vinegar, then cook approx. 2 min/100°C/212°F.
Add chopped bread, half of the cranberries, & black pepper, then cook approx. 2 min/100°C/212°F. Top with remaining cranberries and enjoy with your favorite vegan main!
