Texas Coleslaw 🌢️

This is the perfect dish to bring to a plant-based picnic. Everyone will be raving about the crunchy, tangy, spicy flavor combination! Ingredients:

Easy Vegan Recipe | Texas Coleslaw:

  1. In my robot chef or a large food processor add cilantro, garlic and jalapeΓ±o and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

  2. Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, maple seasoning, fajita seasoning, black pepper and mix 20 sec/speed 3.

  3. Add green cabbage and apple and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Place red cabbage, carrot, and pecans into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.

  4. Transfer to serving bowl with green cabbage, apple and dressing mixture, stir to combine and enjoy.

Tip:

Use gloves when deseeding jalapeΓ±o chilis so you don't get hot pepper hands LOL. You can make your own fajita seasoning by combining some chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and black pepper.
