Easy Vegan Recipe | Texas Coleslaw:
In my robot chef or a large food processor add cilantro, garlic and jalapeño and chop 3 sec/speed 7.
Add olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, maple seasoning, fajita seasoning, black pepper and mix 20 sec/speed 3.
Add green cabbage and apple and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Place red cabbage, carrot, and pecans into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
Transfer to serving bowl with green cabbage, apple and dressing mixture, stir to combine and enjoy.
Use gloves when deseeding jalapeño chilis so you don't get hot pepper hands LOL. You can make your own fajita seasoning by combining some chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and black pepper.
