Texas Coleslaw 🌶️

Place cilantro, garlic and jalapeño into my robot chef or a large food chopper, and finely chop. Mix in olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, maple syrup, fajita seasoning, and pepper. Add green cabbage and apple then chop. Transfer mixture to a large serving bowl. Now chop the red cabbage, carrots, and pecans, then add that to the serving bowl and combine well. This recipe makes approx. 4-6 servings, feel free to double it for more! Cover & refrigerate until your cookout!

Tip:

Use gloves when handling jalapeño chilis so you don't get hot pepper hands LOL. You can make your own fajita seasoning by combining some chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and black pepper.
