These no-bake, healthy vegan Rice Crispy Chocolate Bars are so easy to make and sooo delicious! My favorite rice crispy treats to munch on, minus the marshmallows, and minus the guilt;)

Ingredients:
20 g puffed rice (brown preferred)
30 g slivered almonds
30 g dried berries
1 tsp chia seeds
20 g maple syrup
70 g nut butter
100 g vegan dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp oil
Easy Vegan Recipe | Rice Crispy Chocolate Bars:
In my robot chef or in a medium pot on the stove add the maple syrup, nut butter, chocolate and oil, then melt approx. 8 min/90Β°C/speed 1.
Add puffed rice, almonds, berries and chia seeds and mix to combine approx. 30 sec/speed 1.
Working quickly, divide mixture evenly in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Press mixture down firmly until flat in pan. Place into refrigerator for approx. 1 hour to set. Easily lift out of pan with baking paper and cut into bars.
