Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cut dates into strips and slice spring onions then place both in a large serving bowl.

  2. Place bell peppers in a food processor or my robot chef then chop 6 sec/speed 4. Add to serving bowl with dates.

  3. Place mint, cauliflower florets, oil, vinegar, lemon zest, cinnamon, & chilli flakes in the food processor or my robot chef then chop 15 sec/speed 5 while stirring with spatula through hole. Add to serving bowl and combine well.

  4. Garnish with leaves from remaining mint sprig before serving.
