Loaded Avocado Toast 🥑

My favorite way to eat avocado toast is loaded with toppings so it fills my belly with happiness and satisfaction!

What you need:

sprouted bread

garlic infused olive oil

avocado

carrot

black pepper

lemon

raw sliced almonds

roasted flax seeds or roasted sesame seeds

apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

Try it yourself:

Lightly toast your sprouted bread (there are lots of brands to choose from) and then while hot brush on some garlic infused olive oil, along with a sprinkle of black pepper. Add a few thin slices of avocado and use a vegetable peeler to slice your carrot. Add toppings of choice like slivered carrots, sliced almonds, roasted seeds, cider vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Tip: I always recommend sprouted bread over regular bread because it’s easier to digest, lower in carbs, and higher in protein & fiber. Sprouted grain bread is also lower in gluten, and has a lower glycemic index compared to regular bread. Enjoy it guilt free! Freeze right away for optimal freshness, and toast slices as needed.
