Return Policy

At VeginnerCooking.com, we strive to provide the best customer service possible. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product from our shop. To ensure a smooth return process, we have established the following return policy:

  1. General Return Policy: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 1 week after receiving the product. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed as errors on our part will be covered at our expense. Please allow up to 1 week for us to process your claim. To submit a claim, please email support@veginnercooking.com. For all other return requests, please contact us before returning any products. We cannot offer size exchanges or refunds for buyer's remorse.

  2. Return Instructions: When returning a product, follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. They will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary information, including the return address. Please note that if the return package is sent to an address other than the designated return address provided by our team, we will be unable to process the return.

  3. Return Eligibility and Evaluation: Return requests will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used, even if partially. In cases where the product was used, a refund will not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the United States.

  4. Address Issues and Unclaimed Shipments: a. If an address provided by you or the end customer is considered insufficient by the courier, resulting in the shipment being returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. b. Unclaimed shipments that are returned to our facility will require reshipment to you or the end customer. You will be liable for the reshipment costs.

  5. Non-Registered Accounts: a. If you haven't registered an account on our website and added a billing method, any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping. Instead, they will be donated to charity without issuing a refund.

  6. Governing Language: This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
