Did you know you can easily make your own fresh healthy salad dressing at home! Ditch the added sugar, sodium, and preservatives in store bought dressing. Homemade is the difference between an okay tasting salad and an AMAZING salad!
𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔!
Ingredients:
2 oz mixed greens
toppings of choice (cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, raw sliced almonds, golden flax seeds)
2.5 oz apple slices or unsweetened apple sauce
2 oz onion (optional)
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
½ oz fresh ginger, peeled
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz pure maple syrup
Easy Recipe:
Prep salad greens and toppings, then in my robot chef or a good blender, add the apples, onions, olive oil, ginger, lime, and maple syrup. Blend until creamy.
Drizzle dressing over salad or toss to combine, and enjoy! Store extra dressing in an airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
