Apple Ginger Elixir Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large fresh apple, cored and chopped
1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 cup water
Cacao powder (for garnish)
Instructions:
