  1. Blend Smoothie: In a blender, combine the frozen banana, grated carrot, peeled orange (or fresh orange juice), rolled oats, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and 4 pitted dates. Blend until smooth and creamy.


  2. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a bowl.


  3. Add Toppings: Top with the reserved 2 pitted dates (chopped), 4 raw walnuts (chopped), and any optional toppings like goji berries, cinnamon crunch cereal, or shredded coconut.


  4. Enjoy: Enjoy your nutritious Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl!
