Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Instructions:
1 carrot
1 peeled orange (or fresh OJ)
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp of pure maple syrup
4 pitted dates (save half for topping)
8 raw walnuts (save half for topping)
goji berries - dark chocolate (optional topping)
cinnamon crunch cereal (optional topping)
unsweetened shredded coconut (optional topping)
Instructions:
Blend Smoothie: In a blender, combine the frozen banana, grated carrot, peeled orange (or fresh orange juice), rolled oats, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and 4 pitted dates. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve: Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Add Toppings: Top with the reserved 2 pitted dates (chopped), 4 raw walnuts (chopped), and any optional toppings like goji berries, cinnamon crunch cereal, or shredded coconut.
