Homemade Chai Tea Latte ☕

I drink chai tea lattes so often that I had to make a healthier sugar free and dairy free alternative and I'm so glad I did! Don't waste your money at the coffee shop when you can make gourmet lattes at home! Make this recipe with me on Pinterest TV!

Ingredients:
¼ tsp ground cardamom
2 cloves
900g/32oz unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 tbsp black tea leaves
25g/1oz monkfruit sugar substitute
½ tsp ground or fresh ginger
ground cinnamon (topping)

Easy Vegan Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a pot on the stove or my robot chef, then cook 10 min/90°C/194°F/speed 1.
Strain tea using a tea strainer or nut milk bag and then serve hot with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Refrigerate any leftover tea to enjoy an iced latte the next morning!
