What you need:
¼ tsp ground cardamom or 4 cardamom pods
¼ tsp fennel seeds (optional)
1 tbsp black tea leaves
½ tsp ground ginger
ground cinnamon (optional topping)
Try it yourself:
In my robot chef or a good blender grind the cardamom, fennel and cloves.
If not using my robot chef transfer to stove and add milk, tea, cinnamon stick, monkfruit, and ginger, then cook approx. 10 min/195°F.
Place a tea strainer over mugs and serve hot with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. You can also use a nut milk bag and place over a jug. Refrigerate any leftovers to enjoy an iced latte the next morning! This recipe makes 3-4 servings, feel free to double it for more.
