  • ¾ cup monkfruit sugar substitute

  • 4 cups ice cubes

  • ¾ cup lemon juice

  • 1-2 cups fresh blueberries


  1. Divide strawberries between 6 glasses.

  2. Place ice cubes, sugar and lemon juice into a high-speed blender or my robot chef and grind 5-10 sec/speed 9 until slushy. Divide lemonade mixture evenly over strawberries.

  3. Top frozen lemonade with blueberries and serve immediately with a paper straw.
