Golden Turmeric Oatmeal 🌟

Oatmeal is such a diverse breakfast because there's so many awesome ways to make it! Here's one of my favs. Watch us make this recipe LIVE at our Free Plant-Based Cooking Class!

Ingredients:
13 ½ oz coconut milk
1oz maple syrup or coconut nectar
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground flaxseed
fresh blueberries, optional topping
raw walnuts, optional topping
unsweetened shredded coconut, optional topping
Easy Vegan Recipe:
Cook coconut milk, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, & ginger in my robot chef or on the stove for approx. 5 min/212°F.
Add oats and flaxseed and cook 5 min/200°F. Add toppings of choice and serve immediately.
