Turmeric Ginger Coconut Latte 🥥

Omg this is literally the most amazing latte I’ve ever tasted!

Try it yourself:

In my robot chef or food processor, combine 1 small piece of fresh peeled turmeric & ginger with 1 tsp of coconut oil & 1tbsp of pure maple syrup, and chop for a few seconds. If not using a robot chef you can transfer to stove with 2.5 cups of your favorite non-dairy milk and heat until desired temp. If not using a robot chef you can then transfer to a good blender and blend on high until frothy. I drink this so much that I take turns using my fav cashew milk, or my fav coconut milk to give it a slightly different taste. This recipe makes 2 servings, feel free to double it for 4.
