Even my non-vegan friends LOVE this sandwich! When an awesome alternative exists... I always say choose the kinder, healthier option!
What you need:
ground black pepper
(optional) violife vegan cheese mature cheddar slices
(optional) earth balance vegan buttery spread
Try it yourself:
Grease a baking tray with olive oil spray, and pre-heat your regular oven or toaster oven to 350 F. Cook your eggs and sausages according to package time. Towards the last few min add your english muffins to slightly toast with a slice of optional vegan cheese so that it melts. Spread some vegan butter (optional) on your english muffins, then form a sandwich with one sausage patty and one egg patty. Sprinkle eggs with freshly ground black pepper. Serve hot & enjoy!
Tip: Some brands of english muffins are not vegan so make sure you read the ingredients!
