30 Minute Sunday Yin for Hip-opening & Stress Relief

I believe it is so important to spend time on releasing stress and anxieties. Yin is a powerful practice that can be used alongside many tools that can bring you into a state of relaxation and peace. In a yin practice, we are holding postures for up to 2 minutes. So it’s an extremely slow flow that allows muscles to relax and increase flexibility as well as calm the mind. I like to perform yin every weekend as a break from a more intensive practice and cultivate peace within myself to set the energetic tone of this upcoming week.
