Coconut Papaya Popsicles Recipe
Servings: Makes about 8 popsicles

Total Time: About 4 hours 10 minutes (mostly freezing time)
Ingredients:
2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creamier popsicles)
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the papaya, coconut milk, syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
Taste Test: Give the mixture a taste and adjust the sweetness or lime juice according to your preference.
Pour and Freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you like, you can add small chunks of papaya or shredded coconut to the molds for texture.
