Apple Crumble à la mode 🥧

Updated: Jul 18

This is supposed to be a dessert but I ate it for breakfast😝

What you need:

35 oz of peeled & cut apples

1 oz coconut sugar

1 tsp of cinnamon

6 oz of vegan butter

4 oz of whole grain spelt flour

8 oz rolled oats

1.5 oz of pure maple syrup Nada Moo's vegan vanilla bean ice cream

Try it yourself:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In my robot chef or a food chopper, add 35 oz of peeled & cut apples, with 1 oz coconut sugar & 1 tsp of cinnamon. Chop until desired consistency. Grease a large oven-proof dish then transfer chopped apples to it. Set aside while making the crumble topping. In my robot chef or in a bowl, melt 6 oz of vegan butter. Add & mix 4 oz of whole grain spelt flour, 8 oz rolled oats, and 1.5 oz of pure maple syrup. Spread the mixture evenly over apples in dish. Bake for 35-40min or until the crumble looks golden brown and crispy. Serve with my FAVORITE vegan ice cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Leftovers can be stored in a glass container in the fridge... just reheat in the oven or enjoy it cold! This recipes makes about 8 servings. (Note: I made a smaller batch for the how-to video above.)
