Apple Crumble Recipe đ„§
This is supposed to be a dessert but I ate it for breakfastđ

What you need:
35 oz cored apples
1 oz coconut sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
6 oz of vegan butter
4 oz of whole grain spelt flour
8 oz rolled oats
1.5 oz of pure maple syrup Nada Moo's vegan vanilla bean ice cream
Try it yourself:
Apple Mixture:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In my robot chef or a food chopper, add 35 oz apples, with 1 oz coconut sugar & 1 tsp of cinnamon. Chop until desired consistency. Grease a large oven-proof dish then evenly spread the chopped apple mixture. Set aside while making the crumble topping.
Crumble Topping:
In my robot chef or in a bowl, melt 6 oz of vegan butter. Add 4 oz of whole grain spelt flour, 8 oz rolled oats, and 1.5 oz of pure maple syrup then mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over apples in baking dish. Bake for 35-40min or until the crumble looks golden brown and crispy. Serve with my FAVORITE vegan ice cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Leftovers can be stored in a glass container in the fridge... just reheat in the oven or enjoy it chilled! This recipes makes about 8 servings. (Note: I made a smaller batch in the how-to video above.)
Tip: For the ultimate treat, pair this dessert with our Apple Cider Recipe.
