What you need:
5 oz onions
2 garlic cloves
2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper
2 fresh green chilies, de-seeded
1 oz olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp curry powder
1 ripe tomato, cut into pieces (3 cm)
2 pinches ground black pepper
15 oz can of baked beans (with sauce)
optional sides: bread or rice
Try it yourself:
In my robot chef or in a food chopper, finely chop the garlic, onions, ginger, carrots, bell pepper and chillies.
If not using my robot chef transfer to pot on stove and add olive oil, tomato paste, paprika, & curry powder then cook approx. 5 min/212°F.
Add tomato & black pepper then cook approx. 15 min/212°F.
Add baked beans and cook approx. 3 min/212°F. Serve warm or cold with optional sides.
